Apple Slices with Peanut Butter, Celery, Raisins and Pumpkin Seeds

A healthy and quick to prepare carb free snack. The crisp celery goes perfectly with the sweet raisins and crunchy pumpkin seeds.

 

What to do

  1. Core and slice the apple and spread each slice with the peanut butter.
  2. Scatter over the celery, raisins and pumpkin seeds then serve.
