What to do
Sauté the onion, pepper and garlic until the onion is translucent, then start adding everything else! Make sure you have a large pot, let it all simmer for an hour or so, and then serve.
What you will need
1 red onion
1 red pepper
4 cloves garlic (if it’s not in the sauce)
1 can black beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can corn
1 stick of celery
1 carrot
800g tomato sauce
or crushed tomatoes in a can
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp of chili powder
1 tsp of paprika
4 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
