Celery & Mint Ice Cubes for Vodka & Tonic

PREP TIME: 10 MINS // COOK TIME: 10 MINS SERVINGS: 2

Jazz up boring ice cubs by introducing celery and mint, which bring a great freshness to a glass of vodka and tonic or your spritzer of choice.

 

 

What to do

  1. Divide the celery and mint between a 12 hole ice cube tray.
  2. Cover with water and freeze until solid
  3. Tip: When frozen, transfer the ice cubes to a freezer bag. Seal, label and freeze for up to 6 months, this way you can keep topping up your supply.
  4. The ice cubes can be served in any cold drink but are delicious served with a vodka and tonic.

What you will need

  • 1 celery stick, sliced thinly
  • Leaves from a small bunch of mint

Serve with (per glass)

  • 35ml Vodka
  • 150ml tonic water
