This delightfully fresh salad is full of flavour and textures combining crunchy celery, sweet Pink Lady apples and peppery radishes with smooth and creamy Dolcelatte cheese.
What to do
- Slice all the vegetables and break the cheese into chunks.
- Combine them in a large bowl with the walnuts, oil and vinegar, season well and toss. Spread over a large plate and serve.

- 1 apple
- 4 radishes
- 150g Dolcelatte cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
