What to do
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Cut the pitta bread into 12 small triangles and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Diagonally slice the celery sticks into 3. Mix the hummus and yogurt together and spoon the mixture along the length of the celery sticks.
- Add the grated carrot and arrange the pitta triangles on top to make the sails. Serve with the cherry tomatoes.
