Kick start your morning with this fresh and fruity smoothie. An extra hydration boost comes from the combination of celery and coconut water.

You’ll need:
3 sticks of celery
2 handfuls of frozen mixed berries
200ml coconut water
Juice of ½ lime
What to do:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth. If the consistency is too thick add a little more coconut water.
