This simple refreshing juice is a great vitamin packed start to the day.
What to do
- Wash the fruit and vegetables, core the apples and pears and chop everything into chunks.
- Put it all into the juicer then chill the juice before drinking.
Notes: For a change try substituting the pears for 4 rings of pineapple
