A tasty dip made with creamy goats’ cheese, served with crisp radishes and crunchy celery. Perfect for a picnic or to keep in the fridge for a quick snack.

You will need:
For the dip:
- 150g soft goats cheese
- 1 pinch celery salt
- Zest of ½ lemon
- ½ small pack of chives, finely chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
To serve:
- 150g radishes
- 150g celery sticks
- 150g Chantenay carrots
What to do:
In a bowl place the soft goats’ cheese, celery salt, lemon zest, chopped chives and a sprinkling of black pepper and beat until smooth.
Serve as a dip with the radish, celery and carrot crudités.
