What to do
- Peel and chop all ingredients.
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pass the mixture through a fine sieve, muslin cloth, or cheesecloth (a conical strainer is ideal).
- Drain thoroughly to extract as much juice as possible.
- Transfer the juice to clean shot bottles or jars.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

- 200g Water (infused with Green Tea or Matcha powder – optional)
- 20g Fresh Spinach
- 20g Fresh Parsley
