What to do
- Dice your cucumber, celery, apple and ginger into small pieces, and add to your blender
- Add water or coconut milk to the blender and blend
- Once smooth, add spinach to your mixture and blend again, until smooth
- Using a sieve, strain your mixture
- While in the sieve, add the juice of one lemon and stir
- Transfer in to a glass or bottle and enjoy!

1/2 cucumber
6 stalks of celery
2 apples (we like Pink Lady)
1 small piece of fresh ginger
100ml water or coconut milk (use as much as needed)
1 lemon, juiced
