The Healthiest Green Juice Recipe (without a juicer!)

What to do

  1. Dice your cucumber, celery, apple and ginger into small pieces, and add to your blender
  2. Add water or coconut milk to the blender and blend
  3. Once smooth, add spinach to your mixture and blend again, until smooth
  4. Using a sieve, strain your mixture
  5. While in the sieve, add the juice of one lemon and stir
  6. Transfer in to a glass or bottle and enjoy!

What you will need

1/2 cucumber

6 stalks of celery

2 apples (we like Pink Lady)

1 small piece of fresh ginger

100ml water or coconut milk (use as much as needed)

1 lemon, juiced
