Green Goddess Salad Bowl

Preparation time: 10 minutes

You’ll need:

  • 4 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 golden kiwi, sliced
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • Half an apple, cut into matchsticks
  • Half a cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • Handful of green beans, blanched
  • 6-8 golden cherry tomatoes, halved

What to do:

Arrange all the ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy with a light dressing or on its own.
