You’ll need:
- 4 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 golden kiwi, sliced
- Handful of spinach leaves
- Half an apple, cut into matchsticks
- Half a cucumber, cut into ribbons
- Handful of green beans, blanched
- 6-8 golden cherry tomatoes, halved
What to do:
Arrange all the ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy with a light dressing or on its own.
